IRT0421 not KINTREX contact infrared thermometer with laserOn as a very practical use, but the practice is not satisfactory. I tried cooking in a jam and temperature ranges in all directions, no help. The same problem finding the temperature of a stove to fry the eggs. So I tried a hot oven and more stable readings. Very easy to use, I had to read body temperature. not effective, the core body is 98 degrees, but outside temperature is different. Therefore, I have to see what is outside the normal body temperature Rating: 3 / 5

First, I had the problem of the label. Secondly, I found this for 6 hours in the garage to get rid of the smell. He felt that was in our room. I have not used long enough to see how heated the room, because I realized our beautiful newly finished wood floor becomes too hot for my taste. I do not want to ruin the ending or dry wood. Finally, poorly packaged, our unit had a tooth in Nice. So back to the store. I can not believe this is considered the second best set of room heater by Consumer ReportsJ’ai also tried Vornado, which is very strong and kept me awake all night, so needless to say that is returned to the store. If anyone knows of a heater and let me know! Rating: 2 / 5

I bought one of these on Amazon, after reading comments from Consumer Reports, which they called “the best price.” Not so. In less than four applications that stopped working properly – is not more than 5 to 10 minutes at a time, and the poor heat when lit. I feel cheated. Save your money and buy a [$. . . ] Ceramic heater – will work better and last longer than this piece of junk. Rating: 1 / 5

I have read several comments that described 1) poor customer service and 2) sparks and flames in 1 case from the oven, so before buying this product, I called customer service I itself. I spoke with a woman and asked for the sparks. He said that in general received only when turned on or off and has not heard of the problems, but stressed that there are several other operators. I asked him to consult with a supervisor. She did and said there were some problems with the sparks, and if that happens, the unit can be returned. He denied that there was fire and flames of the units. I asked him to put the supervisor on the phone so that I can speak with him directly. She was short with me and told me he was on another call. I told him that there were many written comments on serving poor clients with your company and that phone call confirmed. I explained that I will write my opinion on that phone call and it would be beneficial for your company to the supervisor on the phone. She did not cooperate and exchange heated so hung up.
